Katie Costa is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach and Lifestyle Medicine Certified Coach who will walk side-by-side with you on your wellness journey. As a lifestyle medicine coach, Katie will help you improve self-identified personal habits that contribute most to better health, reduced disease risk and longevity. Through the health coaching process, Katie has helped her clients develop tools and habits to live more mindfully, develop greater psychological flexibility, improve physical health, have higher levels of energy, decrease stress, be more connected to others and overall more balanced in day-to-day living.
