Katie's Coaching Philosophy

"As a coach, I use an individualized and whole person approach for coaching.

 

Every person is on their own journey, and a one-size fits all approach is NOT the answer.

 

I help my clients examine all aspects of their life to determine areas in which they feel they are not functioning optimally and then help them develop a wellness plan based on their readiness for change.

 

As a coach, I will never tell my client what to do.

 

Instead, I support them in discovering what changes they would like to make based on what is most important to them. I help to empower my clients by having them tap into their own knowledge-base and strengths to put together a wellness plan.

 

The reality is that most of us “know” what changes we need to make but struggle to bridge the gap between knowing and doing.

 

In health coaching, I help my clients develop a plan that is realistic and fits their unique situation and life. We start with small, doable action steps leading to long-term, sustainable changes in line with the person’s optimal vision of health."

You have specific health and wellness goals to achieve within a focused 3-month time period.

This package is for you if:

You are wanting to meet health goals by switching to a whole food, plant based lifestyle but are struggling to develop new habits or to know where to start. This coaching includes specialized assessments and education related to plant-based nutrition.  Coaching will span across a 3-month period.

        All Coaching Packages Include:

  • Free Initial Consultation/Chemistry Call

  • Assessment Phase (Pre-Assessments and Initial Session)

  • Goal Setting Phase (Second Session)

  • Intervention Phase (Six 30 to 45 minute sessions)

  • Progress monitoring 

  • Creation of an Personal Wellness Plan

  • Resources Related to Wellness Goals

  • Between Session Email Communication

  • Summary Letter to PCP Detailing Health Coaching Outcomes (upon request)

*Conducted in the comfort of your own environment via video conferencing or telephone. Coaching is available within and outside of the USA. Payment accepted by Pay Pal or credit card.

Health Coaching Services may be covered under Health Savings Accounts (HSA) with a letter of medical necessity from your doctor.  Call your health plan administrator for more information!
