Work with Katie

Deciding to invest in coaching is a big decision, and I would love to share a little more about myself and how we will work together!

In addition to being a health and wellness coach, I am a trained school psychologist and behavior analyst with years of experience helping others improve positive and socially meaningful behaviors. I make it my mission to help you get from point A to B...and stay there! As your coach, I take my role very seriously and will be diligent about supporting you and honoring your individuality in meeting your personal goals. You are in the driver's seat, and I will help you navigate and learn how to approach what's most important to you in life while thinking more flexibly along the way.

I'm passionate about helping others live their best life and to do and be what they thought was impossible! I'm a life-long learner, mother of two young children, outdoor enthusiast and over-thinker who has benefited from  taking a whole health approach to well-being.

I truly believe in the effectiveness of health and wellness coaching for helping people make significant, meaningful changes in their lives, and knowing that I can be part of that change in someone else’s life is both inspiring and rewarding.
